Our Mission; We hope you will join our mission of building the bridge to alleviate the lines that would otherwise divide school from school and system from system. To maintain and advance our style into this Century  through Classical & Traditional Japanese Martial Arts  

Goju Ryu Karate Do has thrived in the World and has been a dominant school for most of the century and will continue to produce the best of practitioners in [Goju Ryu] Karate Do. Students and teachers of the system are legendary for their unsurpassed devotion to their style. We should all know our own personal destiny and this is an excellent opportunity to move forward in this direction. 

By leveraging the web and building a strong support structure, Gojuryu.com hopes to  strengthen relationships in Karate-Do. By sharing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and contacts, GojuRyu.com can bridge the gap between associations, and doing so, not just for one Ryu-Ha, but for every individual and entity interested in the unique opportunities that have been created. If Goju Ryu is to continue in its positive direction, those practicing the Art  must open communication between each-other. This site is intended to provide the medium for that forum.

The Site; This site is design that all relevant information can be reached from any page via the navigation bar to the left and all information corresponding with the subject matter on that navigation bar.  

1. Focus: GojuRyu.com focuses on Goju Ryu as a whole. We promote the interests of Goju Ryu and celebrate its diversity.

2. Partnership: We partner with organizations that have similar missions. Visitors are encouraged to contribute to the unity and direction for Goju Ryu. So we do not seek to compete but actually promote and endorse other groups with similar interests.

3. Support: GojuRyu.com is receiving strong support from the Karate-Do community, senior Sensei and Shihan, and top Associations, as proven by the participation of over 500 prominent Goju Ryu Network members and Ryu-Ha / Kai-Ha who participate within our forums and email lists.

GojuRyu.com was created as a site for exchange, research, resources, networking and education between the world communities that might otherwise, not had the opportunity to do so. We all share the same roots in our lineage of Goju Ryu. Many of us come from branches that have grown differently. Some branches have grown strong and some are weak however it is not our right to criticize one from the other.

Very few of these branches had seen the original art, however all did come from the same seed and are capable of producing good fruit,  different branches and even new trees.

All in all we must remember we came from the same seed, share the same original roots and need to nourish our seedlings and grow new branches.  And we must respect our roots and our seniors who taught us.
